An organisation is an extension of the organisms within it. When they thrive, it thrives. What are the systems inherent within organisms, developed over billions of years, from which we can learn, accommodate and even leverage?

The human brain is the key system within the strategy of any organisation.

This workshop explores the way in which strategy and systems can be dynamically focused on meeting the needs of the people that constitute them. This approach strategically adopts a culture of lowering emotional arousal and empowering all involved.

Emotional arousal directs information down the ‘dirty low road’. Systems thinking changes that.

By incorporating a mental health and safety strategy, emotional arousal can be lowered throughout the organisation. This allows information to flow through the higher, problem-solving neural pathways. This information flow feeds an action flow that becomes the cultural norm, intuitively driving pinnacle performance across your organisation.
