This workshop explores the way in which strategy and systems can be dynamically focused on meeting the needs of the people that constitute them. This approach strategically adopts a culture of lowering emotional arousal and empowering all involved.
Emotional arousal directs information down the ‘dirty low road’. Systems thinking changes that.
By incorporating a mental health and safety strategy, emotional arousal can be lowered throughout the organisation to drive information through the higher, problem-solving neural pathways as a cultural norm. This information flow feeds an action flow that intuitively drives pinnacle performance across your organisation.
