Stress is not only physically damaging; it is the pre-cursor to poor mental health and reduces the quality of our performance in all areas of life. On this one-hour course we learn strategies to spot the early warning signs of stress and practice the skills to be able to change our circumstances and how we respond to them.

Everything that humanity has achieved hinges on us being social creatures. The richness of our connection underpins the complexity of what we can accomplish. This foundation is most complex in our face to face interactions, but in the modern era these vital social skills are struggling to develop.

On this one-hour course we practice cutting edge communication and listening skills to enable better connection between us and our colleagues and the people important to us in life.

Athletes know that performance is only as good as recovery, and it’s no different for the rest of us. If we sleep well then we can perform at our best, whatever the challenges the day brings. On this one-hour course we explore why sleep is so important to our mental health and how we can make it a priority. We dive deep into good sleep hygiene and practice the changes that we can make to improve our sleep, our recovery and our performance.

But in our modern world there are many contradictory, disorientating messages around health that are embedded in our culture. On this one-hour course we explore cutting-edge protocols that we can employ to improve our orientation towards better health, both physically and mentally for many years to come.
